Building Communities Changing Behaviour Creating Impact

We use virtual communities and behavioural insights to design campaigns that help people and institutions create meaningful change in Ghana and Africa.

Who we are

Change Starts With People

At Impact Sync Ghana, we believe communities are not simply audiences to be reached. They are sources of insight, knowledge and solutions.

A group of people engaged in conversation outdoors, with one man gesturing with his hands while talking to a woman holding a phone. Others look on, some listening attentively. The background shows trees, market stalls, and a clear blue sky.

We combine virtual community engagement, behavioural insights, social experimentation and strategic partnerships to understand what drives behaviour and design interventions that make positive action easier.

A group of people sitting and standing on a bus stop or platform. Some of them are wearing white t-shirts with the letters KASA on them. The background shows cars and a cityscape. Two women and three men are standing, while others are seated and waiting.

Our Projects

How We Create Impact

We combine community intelligence, behavioural insights and experimentation to develop solutions that respond to real-world challenges.

Listen → Understand → Co-create → Experiment → Learn → Scale

We believe impact is collaborative. We work with governments, development organisations, businesses, civil society organisations and communities to turn ideas into action.
